Lt Pat Whitmore


On 4/20/13 officers responded to a possible burglary in progress on Barrington Dr. Officers saw suspect vehicle and 2 white males at the vehicle.1male fled on sight of officers and was later caught and identified as Christian Rubio. The other male (Jacob Lott) was detained. The investigation revealed that the males were not involved in a burglary. Lott and Rubio did however possess marijuana and were charged and taken to CCSO. 04-1360


Burglary

Courtney Denney reported her Barrington Dr residence was burglarized between 1700 on 4/19 and 1600 on 4/20/13. Items stolen include an Xbox, games and a purse all valued at $420. 04-1356


Lamont Johnson of Pepperidge Ln said his home was burglarized between 1828 and 1928 on 4/20/13. Johnson said 2 TVs and jewelry were taken. Total value of stolen items is $7844. 04-1369

 

Theft

James Skinner reported that 700lbs of copper was stolen from Georgia Power. The theft occurred at the Dairy Pak Rd Georgia Power Office between 1730 on 4/19 and 0700 on 4/20/13. The copper was valued at $5000. 04-1331


James Parham of Comer reported he left a piece of construction equipment on Noketchee Creek Rd in July 2012. Parham returned on 4/19/13 to collect the equipment and the equipment was missing. The equipment was valued at over $2000. 04-1344


Lakisha Allen, Hidden Creek Dr reported her 97 Ford was entered on 4/20/13 between 2340 and 2350. Allen said nothing was taken and a suspect was named. 04-1387


Michael Keim, College Ave said his 2002 Honda was entered while parked on Kendene St on 4/20/13 around 2350. Keim said he was unloading his car and saw a b/m enter his car. The suspect ran when Keim yelled. Keim then saw a car drive by with the suspect inside the car. Keim took a photo of the suspect’s car’s license plate. A juvenile suspect was named. 04-1388



Captain Charles Newson will be on call for emergency management purposes until 0800 Monday, April 22, 2013
