    ACC Stormwater will host a rain barrel workshop in the Athens-Clarke County Planning Auditorium at 120 W. Dougherty St. on Wednesday, February 24. Workshop participants will learn about stormwater runoff and rain barrel uses, maintenance, and installation. The presentation will be followed by a hands-on barrel build. All supplies will be provided. Supplies are limited, so please register on our website.

    Back by poopular demand, the North Oconee Water Reclamation Facility is offering a romantic tour of the facility. Come mingle with microorganisms and other cool, quirky couples who recognize the heat that can be raised from wastewater treatment. Tour space is limited to create a more intimate setting. Last year's tour filled up, so don't disappoint your special person by delaying to register!
