    The Athens-Clarke County Police Department will be conducting a Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events class on May 14, 2016 from 3:00-5:00 PM. This course provides participants with instruction about how to prepare for and respond to being trapped inside a building during an active shooter event. It also explains what to expect upon police arrival. This course is open to the public.
