Meeting
Notes:
- Regular Voting Session meetings normally take place on the 1st Tuesday of every month and Agenda Setting Session meetings normally take place on the Thursday after the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Dates may be changed for holidays or election days.
Regular
Session and Agenda Setting Sessions are broadcast live and
replayed on ACTV Charter Cable Channel 7 locally (Channel 97
on the University of Georgia Cable System), as well as streamed online and available for on-demand online viewing usually within 2 business days after the meeting.
- Special
Called Sessions that begin at 7:00 p.m. on Agenda Setting Session
nights are also televised and replayed as part of the Agenda
Setting Session broadcasts.
- Agendas
are posted at least 24 hours prior to a meeting, but usually posted by the Friday evening prior to meetings.
Sometimes they are posted earlier.
- Special Called Sessions and Work Sessions take place at various times and locations. Check the online calendar for these schedules.
- The Mayor & Commission has three standing committees: the Government Operations Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Legislative Review Committee. Times, days and locations of these meetings can be found in the online calendar.

Minutes from a meeting must be approved by the Commission at
their
next regular session meeting before they will be posted (i.e.,
