PURPOSE: To request the Mayor and Commission to:
Approve a PROJECT RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor and Appropriate Staff to acquire necessary fee simple title or easements to property necessary for the East Broad Street Improvements and Stormwater Drainage System, and
Approve up to $650,000 of the Tier Year 5 (FY05) SPLOST 2000 Project No. 25 - General Intersection funds for use toward improvements along East Broad Street, and
Approve up to $245,000 of the SPLOST 2000 Project No. 20 - Storm Drainage Improvement Program for improvements to the Central Business District’s Stormwater Drainage Outfall.
