A New Street that connects the Bus Transfer Center to East Broad Street (Segment A). This Segment will be a part of the Base Bid Package.
A New Street that connects the Bus Transfer Center to Willow Street (Segment B). This Segment will be an Alternate of the Base Bid Package.
Includes two 11 Travel Lanes, 30 Curb and Gutter, 5 Wide Bike Lanes, a 11 Turning Lane at East Broad Street and Willow Street and a 8 Wide Sidewalk on its Eastern Side.
