Due to the complexity of the project it is proposed that two separate BID PACKAGES be developed as follows:
BID PACKAGE 1: This would include the Civil Components of the Project Element 2.1 - Bus Transfer Center, Segment A only of Project Element 2.3 - Hickory Street Connector, all of Project Element 2.4 - Stormwater Detention Pond, and all of Project Element 3.1 - East Broad Street Corridor.
Note: Segment B of Hickory Street will be a Bid Alternate in this Bid Package.
BID PACKAGE 2: This would include all of the Building Components of Project Element 2.1 - Bus Transfer Center.
