We CANNOT tell you what to do, only what your options are.
We CANNOT recommend a lawyer.
We CANNOT talk to the judge for you about what will happen in your case.

If you are not sure you have the correct court, go to Jurisdiction page for an overview of the kinds of cases this Probate Court handles. If you have further questions that are not answered by the information on this website or cannot be answered by a clerk, please consult the legal links for a list of outside resources.
