Location

The Probate Court is on the second floor of the Clarke County Courthouse, which is located at 325 E. Washington St., Athens, GA.

There are two entrances available for public use. The main entrance is at the front of the Courthouse on Washington Street. From this entrance, come into the main hall and turn right. The second entrance is between the Courthouse and the adjacent public parking deck. There is an elevator on all levels of the parking deck, with handicap accessibility to the Courthouse on the 2nd level of the deck. From this entrance, come up one floor, go toward Washington Street in the old part of the Courthouse, and turn left in the main hall.
