REFERENDUM STATEMENT: - This project consists of an extension of an appropriately sized water main from the South Runway Safety Area to the North Terminal. It will provide water flow necessary to meet fire flow regulations for current and proposed future airport development and Winterville Road area. Project will connect to the infrastructure improvements identified as part of the Corrections Center Food Preparation facility located at the Lexington Road Public Safety Campus.
