REFERENDUM STATEMENT: - This project consists of relocating the existing Streets and Drainage Service facility, currently located at the Lexington Road Public Safety Campus to a more suitable location with direct access to one or more major roadways. The facility will consist of equipment storage and maintenance yard, out-buildings for storage of materials, office space and support functions utilized in road maintenance. The project will require approximately 15 acres of land area.
