REFERENDUM STATEMENT: - The project will include the demolition of the existing operations center facility and construction of a new facility comprised of multipurpose community/educational space, administrative office and meeting spaces for park staff, restrooms and kitchen spaces and approximately 40 additional parking spaces. It will also consist of preparing a general plan for Memorial Park identifying all future areas of development.

• Annual Operating Expense: $ 11,160
