REFERENDUM STATEMENT: - This project consists of providing paved surfaces on existing public dirt roads throughout Athens-Clarke County. Roads included in this project will be identified in the revised Athens-Clarke County Transportation and Public Works Dirt Roads Program. This project is a next installment of the SPLOST IV program

• Budget: $1,133,338 Variable
• Annual Operating Expense: $ 18,000

Current Status: Group III Level I Road Construction - Phase IV Construction

Action Since Last Report:

• FY03 Projects are complete.
• FY04/05 Projects (Huff Lake Road (in-house design), Hollie Street, Dowdy /Phillips Rd. construction plans are complete.
• Contracts are being executed.
• Construction is expected to begin in early April 2006.
