REFERENDUM
STATEMENT: - The purpose of this project is to construct, renovate,
and repair various infrastructure and improve the streetscape within the
Central Business District. Includes remediation of known and suspected utility
deficiencies, milling and resurfacing streets, repair and/or replacement
of curbs and sidewalks, replacement and/or installation of new streetscape
fixtures, landscaping and art work. This project is a next installment of
the SPLOST IV program.
