REFERENDUM STATEMENT: - This project funds the next phase of facilities to be designed and constructed at the Southeast Clarke Community Park. The park itself is a combination of both active (baseball, soccer) and passive (lake and nature trails) recreational facilities that will serve the Southeast Clarke Community. This project is a next installment of the SPLOST IV program

Budget: $ 542,000 Fixed
Annual Operating Expense: $ 28,600

CURRENT STATUS:

Playground Complex - Complete.
Skateboard Park - Phase II – Design
Dog Park, Nature Trails, and 100 General Parking Spaces – Complete.
