PROJECT #32: East Athens Dance Center
REFERENDUM STATEMENT: - This project consists of studios, performance rehearsal areas, male and female dressing rooms and restrooms, administrative offices, break room, conference rooms, storage and kitchen space. It will also include necessary parking and other site infrastructure. The project will be located in the East Athens Community.
  • Budget: $3,000,000 Fixed
  • Annual Operating Expense: $ 150,000

Current Status: Phase IV - Construction

Actions Since Last Report: (Project is substantially complete.)

  • Contractor continues to work on punch list items.
  • Dedication was held on November 5, 2005.
  • Facility is currently operational.
  • The Architect, SPLOST, and Contractor continue to develop the documentation necessary to submit for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification.
