PROJECT #37: Taylor Grady House Renovations

REFERENDUM STATEMENT: - This project consists of the renovation of the major mechanical / electrical / plumbing, telephone systems and the installation of a new Fire Alarm and Sprinkler system. It also includes renovations to the interior walls and ceilings, exterior walls, doors, windows and other areas. Structural repairs will be completed as necessary. An appropriately designed landscape and irrigation system will be included.

Budget: $1,477,000 Fixed
Annual Operating Expense: $ 37,800

CURRENT STATUS: Phase V - Construction (design/build)

ACTIONS SINCE LAST REPORT:

Taylor Grady Rehabilitation: (Project Construction is Complete)
Dedication was held on November 16, 2005.
The building and grounds are now operational.
Staff is working with the Junior League and members of the User Group to complete the purchase and installation of new drapes, furniture refurbishment, and other interior work.
