REFERENDUM STATEMENT: - This project consists of the acquisition of certain tracts of land along the Sandy Creek Greenway (Cook’s Trail) through Land purchases and easements and other improvements as required. Project will preserve both the integrity of existing trail and reduce the impact on sensitive wetland environments.

ACTION TAKEN SINCE LAST REPORT:

• Group A
  • Closing on the portion of Dora Philips property that is adjacent to the Sandy Creek and HWY 441 or as known as Master's Garage has been completed and is under the ownership of ACC. This completes this project.
