PROJECT CONCEPT: This project consists of the Widening of Tallassee Road from 2 to 3 lanes west of Mitchell Bridge Road to west of Knottingham Drive. Project includes the realignment of the sharp curve on Oglethorpe Avenue west of Knottingham Drive, and relocation of Mitchell Bridge Road intersection. This project has been taken over by the State of Georgia, Department of Transportation.
