PROJECT CONCEPT: This project is proposed to consist of Design Services and Construction of related New Equipment Buildings, Parking Areas and Material Storage areas. Priority of funding will be: 1) Design Services; 2) Construction of New Equipment Buildings and Material Storage areas; 3) Parking Areas.
