Harvest Festival 2016

The Harvest Festival will now occur on alternate years to build and grow this wonderful festival about life in the 19th Century.

We are so happy to announce the 2016 Harvest Festival scheduled for October 20!!

This year we will grow the festival to add more demonstrations of arts and crafts and traditions of the 1800 - 1900's in Northeast Georgia. Using our beautiful Ware-Lyndon Historic House Museum as inspiration, children will watch soap making, candlestick making, blacksmithing and more. This year we will have special guest story tellers and musicians as well as wool spinning, quilting and of course animals. This is a field trip for Elementary school kids. Please register in advance. Thank you and we will look forward to seeing you on October 20!
