WILD: CCSD Student Art Exhibition

Opening Reception November 16, 2-4 pm.

The biennial exhibition of artworks by the students of the Clarke County School District is a favorite among all of our citizens. The planning for this exhibit begins before school is in session, with a gathering of the 21 dedicated art teachers in the school district to discuss relevant topics, conversations and lessons for the coming school year.  The title and direction of the exhibition, decided and designed with each teacher’s talent, leads to a unique art project exhibited at the Lyndon House Arts Center. This coming 2019, we have a great opportunity to collaborate with the State Botanical Gardens as they are launching their first Children’s Garden.  Our theme will be “WILD”.  This exhibition is accompanied by a full color catalog available for free to all artist students and their families.
