"Socially Distanced but Still Unified": Doing Our Part to Help Stop the Spread
As of March 16, 2020, at the encouragement of the Athens-Clarke County Manager, much of our staff began working remotely to help keep our community safe from the spread of the Coronavirus. During this time, ACC Solicitor-General, C.R. Chisholm, is working in the office but we strongly encourage that, if possible, you call our office for assistance as your victim advocate and the prosecutor handling your case are working remotely. You may also use their email address listed in our staff directory.
The health and safety of our community is our top priority. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our office. While we may not be able to be there in person, we are still here for you. By working together to help stop the spread, we will come through stronger than ever.
If you are experiencing an emergency, we urge you to call 911 as soon as possible.
*Please Note: While we offer a Google translator for community members whose first language is not English, we do not have any members of our staff who can offer interpretation assistance. If you require a translator, please have one upon contacting our office. If you do not have one, we will assist you to the absolute best of our abilities!
