Request:  Add a major (over 50% of the current square footage) addition to the rear of the house. This is the second submittal for the property as it was tabled during the October HPC meeting after receiving comments. The addition proposes a change from vinyl to lap siding with other details to match existing materials on the house.

Request:  Removal of a rear addition from the 1990’s to be replaced with an expanded master suite and deck that match the classical period of the house. The project includes wood trim and window sills, wood bevel siding, architectural shingles, a fiber glass door and block foundation.
