Request:  Add a 623 square foot addition to the house, replacing the vinyl siding with lap siding and enlarging the bedroom windows. The addition will connect via breezeway to a new 484 square foot garage. This project has been resubmitted after being tabled in November, the new submittal has removed living space above the garage.

1. 245 DUBOSE AVENUE – DEMOLITION OF REAR AREA AND NEW REAR ADDITION


Request:  Remove a non-historic rear addition and replace it with an addition of similar size. The new work is proposed to match the historical characteristics of the house with wood clapboard siding as well as a stucco chimney. The applicants are also seeking to extend a gabled roof over the proposed work with a standing seam roof and replace windows on the western side of the home.
