REZONE AND SPECIAL USE


Request:  Approval of a rezone is requested for an existing commercial property at 3085 Danielsville Rd. The parcel is currently zoned C-N (Commercial Neighborhood) and the applicant is seeking to make it C-R (Commercial Rural). They are also requesting a special use on the property to allow a personal care home. The request does not require a change to the future development designation and does not propose any work to the structure.
