1. 687 SOUTH MILLEDGE AVENUE – MODIFICATIONS TO PREVIOUS APPROVAL


Request:  Modify a previous approval to remove and replace 2 windows on the front façade of the house. Along with the new windows the applicant seeks to add new shutters and cloth awnings as well as a brick-clad ADA compliant ramp to the door. On the side Porte Cochere, they plan to add 2 steel posts for structural support. There are also 2 proposed modifications to the rear; first is to replace the deck with a similar style, but slightly smaller deck and second is to replace the gable vent with a circular vent.

3. 494 WEST CLOVERHURST AVENUE – GARAGE DEMOLITION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION


Request:  Remove a detached two-car garage, replace it with a two story pool house that incorporates a two-car carport. The new project will require reorientation of the driveway. The new structure is to be constructed of brick and exposed wood with an asphalt shingle roof.

4. 544 BOULEVARD – REAR ADDITION


Request:  Addition of a wood rear screen porch, deck and stairs. It is proposed to be accessed off of the existing kitchen through a composite double door and a solid wood single door. One window is also proposed to be rebuilt, the new structure will have a cornice to match the existing trim.
