1. 554 BOULEVARD – MATERIAL CHANGES, INCLUDING DOORS AND WINDOWS


Request:  New installation of windows and doors into the exterior cement block basement level of a single family residence. The proposed windows are a mix of 2 over 2 double hung and 4 light casement. There will be one set of double doors with ½ light and vertical panes as well as a single door with ¾ light and vertical panes. The applicant also requests to change a cement block pier into a red brick support.
