Request:  Construction of a new deck off the side of Unit #32. The 10’ x 12’ freestanding structure is proposed to be made out of pressure treated wood and stained to match existing woodwork over the front entrance.

Request:  Renovation and replacement of trim, siding and 6 over 6 wood windows. Update the front and rear doors with 6 pane period appropriate wood doors. Repair foundation with cement blocks to be covered with stucco.
