3. 1005 BARNETT SHOALS ROAD

ACCENT LAKEWOOD – SITE CONSTRUCTION


Request:  Site work on a 21.07 acre parcel for a Mixed Density residential community. The eventual build-out of this section includes apartments, townhomes and single family lots. The applicant proposes 56 1-bedroom units, 54 2-bedroom units, 14 3-bedroom units, 38 townhomes with detached, alley-loaded parking and 18 single family lots. The apartments are a mix of three story buildings and half three, half four story buildings. The development also includes 16,233 square feet of community park space, a pool and a clubhouse. This project will include grading work as well as a Tree Management Plan. Preliminary Plat application and building plans to follow in separate submittals.
