1. 167 GRADY AVENUE – MODIFICATIONS TO PREVIOUS ADDITION


Request:  Modify an approved COA from the April 20, 2016 HPC meeting for an addition to a single family residence. This request was initially approved with conditions and now the applicant is seeking to change the rear doors and some window arrangements. All other aspects of the addition approved prior are to stay the same.

Request:  Restoration of a commercial storefront back to similar features from 1917. The applicant is seeking to expose the existing brick and cornice. They also want to reinstall a horizontal I-Beam, a steel door, 4 brick archways, 2 columns and full height glass windows. The plans are taken form historical photos, but will include some updated materials.

5. 1295 BOULEVARD – MODIFICATIONS TO PREVIOUS ADDITION


Request:  Modify an approved COA for an addition to a single family residence from the December 16th, 2015 HPC meeting. The applicant is seeking to reduce the interior space and include the screened-in porch under the roofline, formerly it was attached to the rear of the addition. The amendments also remove a dormer to be replaced by 2 skylights and have shifted some window placements. All paving for the patio has been moved to the rear of the home and will be poured concrete with gravel between.
