1. 195 GRADY AVENUE – DECK ADDITION WITH MODIFICATIONS


Request:  Addition of a rear 8’6” x 8’ wood deck for a single family residence. This request includes removing an existing 6 over 1 double hung window to be replaced by a wood paneled, 6 light door. The applicants would like to reuse the removed window to replace an inoperable basement door.
