Request:  An application has been filed requesting a variance from the Commercial Site Design Standards for a sidewalk along frontage on a side street as well as a connection from the building entrance to the sidewalk along Gaines School Rd. The request is to eliminate those requirements along Ponderosa Drive and in front of the building respectively. This application, tabled from the June Hearings Board meeting previously asked for four variances, however two of them are proposed to be addressed by a new site design.

Request:  An application has been filed requesting a variance from the General Regulations for single family lots. The request is to reduce the required depth of the lot from 80 to 74.8 feet for the creation of a new parcel. This project was originally denied by the Hearings Board at their June meeting, but was appealed to the Planning Commission which remanded it back to the Hearings Board. The applicant has revised the site plan to remove a detached garage.
