TYPE II – MASTER PLANNED DEVELOPMENT


Request:  Approval of a Planned Development is requested for the property at 825 Epps Bridge Pkwy. The parcel is zoned RS-25 (Single Family Residential). The applicant is seeking a rezone for the property to RS-8 (PD) (Single Family Residential, Planned Development) and to keep the future development designation as Single Family Residential. The development plan is for 86 units arranged as pairs of single family attached houses on 32.83 acres. The applicant is seeking to keep the community age restricted for residents over the age of 55. It is also proposed to have a clubhouse, pool, amenity area, a playground and trails.

This proposal was tabled from the November agenda in order to allow time for the applicant to address comments.
