Request:  The applicant is seeking to amend exterior features of a single family residence and obtain approval for a section of wood privacy fencing that has been replaced. The proposal is to paint the brick exterior; replace windows with new, double-hung, vinyl ones; replace siding on a rear addition that was in disrepair; and replace the front and rear doors, the front with a solid wood door and the rear with a composite door. A previous application was filed for this property for a portion of this work, but has been amended for completeness.
