Request:  An application has been filed requesting waivers from the design standards for commercial properties (Sec. 9-25-8 E. 3. a.) and the parking area design standards (Sec. 9-30-9 B. 3.). The proposed office use only allows parking on the side and rear, the applicant is seeking to place An ADA accessible space in the front. The second waiver is to reduce the required 20’ driveway width to 9’ for commercial parking areas over five spaces. The current driveway cannot be expanded due to the side property line and access through a porte cochere.

Request:  An appeal of staff interpretation has been filed regarding the definition of use for Pet Lab Express as a veterinary clinic(Sec. 9-2-1). The applicants are proposing pet blood draws for offsite analysis, but no overnight boarding or standard veterinary care.
