Request:  New construction of a 6.201 acre mixed use planned development with 110 Multi-family units totaling 151 bedrooms, 27,360 square feet of commercial space, residential amenities and both structured and surface parking. The residential space is above the commercial space along Prince Ave as well as in stand-alone structures to the rear and adjacent to Child’s St. The commercial space is split between a grocery, restaurant and retail space. There are 287 proposed parking spaces. The project includes electrical, grading, mechanical, plumbing and structural work along with a Tree Management Plan. The planned development was approved by the Mayor and Commission in September of 2016.
