Request:  Addition of a large, rear wing to convert the historic home into a sorority. The three-story addition has two sections connected with a glass “hyphen” and sits to the rear of the existing structure. The addition will house a kitchen, dining room, chapter room, study area, bedrooms and bathrooms. Materials for the work include lapped wood siding; ornamental, 6 over 6 windows; glass breezeway; rear, two-story porch; and stucco faced ground floor. The sorority proposes to have 43 parking spaces to the rear that will be accessed off of Harris St.
