Request:  Staff conference for a preliminary plat proposing recombination of several parcels to create seven new commercial lots on approximately 11 acres.

The submitted preliminary subdivision plat is on file and available for inspection in the office of the Athens-Clarke County Planning Department, 120 W. Dougherty Street, 613-3515, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Members of the public wishing to speak at the staff conference must make a request in writing to: Athens-Clarke County Planning Department, 120 W. Dougherty Street, Athens, Georgia 30601, stating the requesting person’s name, address and subject to be addressed.

All requests to speak must be received by the Planning Department no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday April 23, 2015 in order to be placed on the conference agenda.
