2. 4300 Atlanta Highway TYPE II – Preliminary Planned DevelopmentRequest: The purpose of this request is to rezone a portion of property now zoned as a Conditional Use within an E-O (Employment-Office) zoning district to C-G(PD) (Commercial-General, Planned Development) for a proposed Auto-Sales use. The Planned Development designation is proposed in order to waive specific zoning and development standards. The Planned Development proposes to subdivide six acres at the southeast corner of the 24.59 acres tract for an auto sales use. The new use would consist of 4,187 sq ft of indoor sales space, 2,643 sq ft of service area, 58 walled-off parking spaces for staging, 66 parking spaces for employees and customers, and 244 parking spaces for sales display and stormwater detention.
