Request:  The purpose of this certificate of appropriatness application is to request the use of asphalt paving in lieu of concrete paving for the rear parking lot drive aisles.

Request:  The proposed work will involve the removal of the concrete porch with a slightly longer framed porch shifted to the left with a shallower roof pitch. Also, a rebuilding of the outbuilding with a slightly larger footprint to meet the minimum square footage for multifamily housing.

2. 101 College Avenue – Storefront Modifications


Request:  The proposed work intends to replace the existing Five Guys Restaurant at 101 College Avenue with a Chick-Fil-A restaurant. The Chick-Fil-A restaurant will primarily serve walk-up customers, but will also include limited outdoor/indoor seating in the restaurant and outdoor seating along the sidewalk. The building renovation will include replacing the façade openings with historically appropriate dark brown wood framed operable storefront and glazing.
