Request:  This project will consist of the total renovation to the existing Chick-fil-A restaurant with a 349 sq ft addition and 4,110 sq ft of renovations. Renovations will include a new kitchen, multi-lane drive-thru, ordering area, face-to-face canopy and order meal delivery canopy. The scope of the utility work will include the relocation of the existing transformer, gas meter, gas mdp electrical panel, electrical secondary and upgrade to 1200 amps. Remove and install new grease traps.
