Request:  This project will consist of a 707 sq ft addition for mechanical, ice/water, prep area, walk-in, and dry storage on the lower floor plan. On the upper floor plan there are restrooms, bar, indoor dining, kitchen and dish area, and a dining pavilion. On the second floor will be office space and a restroom. The site will also contain outdoor eating spaces called Bandas. The project will create the small addition and exterior renovation to modify the existing structure into a restaurant. The total renovation area is 2,225 sq ft..
