Play Fund

So Everyone Can Participate...

The Leisure Services Department announces the launch of its P.L.A.Y. Fund (Partners Leading Athens Youth).  This fund provides a way for community members to support Athens youth by bridging the gap between the Department’s scholarships and the cost of its programs.

The P.L.A.Y. Fund reduces the financial burden of these programs for qualifying families, and allows parents and caretakers the opportunity to say "yes" with less financial burden.  Donations are accepted through the Athens Area Community Foundation.  Donations to the P.L.A.Y. Fund improve the lives of Athens youth by ensuring access to a variety of opportunities and educational and healthy programs.

A PayPal donation button is available on the P.L.A.Y. Fund’s website page at www.accgov.com/playfund
