Request:  The applicant is requesting a change in the footprint and elevations, which includes a 673 sq ft addition to the already existing house.

Request:  The purpose of this certificate of appropriateness application is to propose a modification to the current rear elevation. The proposed modification is to remove and infill a set of exterior double doors and to remove the existing set of windows on the right side and replace with a single exterior door. The proposed infill will be made with the exact materials as the elevation that is currently constructed. The proposed new window and door will be constructed of the same materials as the existing doors and windows on the dwelling.

5. 387 S. Milledge Ave – Material Changes to Paving and Siding


Request:  This is an amendment to the previously approved COA for 387 South Milledge Ave. Changes to the material of the parking lot would be to eliminate the concrete at drive aisles and replace with structured gravel. Eliminate porous paver parking spaces and replace with structured gravel; spaces will be indicated by concrete wheel stops. Concrete paving at handicapped spaces and loading zones will remain concrete and be striped and marked as required. Dumpster pad will remain concrete. Drive aprons at ingress and egress onto Harris Street will remain concrete. Change in lap siding material at new additions to fiber cement lap siding from wood. No change to siding exposure. No proposed change to treatment and repair of historic materials on main house.
