Call for Entries: 2019 Ripple Effect Film Project
Due to popular demand, the ACC Water Conservation Office, in conjunction with ACC Stormwater and Keep Athens-Clarke County Beautiful, is pleased to announce the return of the Ripple Effect Film Project. The film contest is open to filmmakers of all ages and levels of experience who reside, work, go to school, or otherwise have a connection to Athens, GA. Entries can be submitted by an individual or team, and finalist films will be showcased at the Blue Carpet Premiere in Spring 2019.
In support of the EPA's WaterSense Fix a Leak Week, film entries should focus on one of the following suggested topics:
- Fix a Leak Week
- Fixing Automotive Leaks
- Preventing Leaking Litter
- Promoting WaterSense
Judges will score entries based on strength of message, originality, artistic execution, and production quality. All submissions must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on January 25, 2019. Visit rippleeffectfilmproject.org for official rules and more information about the contest.
