1. 195 GRADY AVENUE – CROSS GABLE ADDITION


Request:  Renovation of attic space to include a new cross gable addition. The addition will utilize asphalt shingles to match the existing house design. New siding will be clad in fiber-cement. New windows will be wood with composite sills. The addition will not extend beyond the existing house footprint.

2. 545 NANTAHALA AVENUE – REBUILD ACCESSORY STRUCTURE


Request:  Rebuild a rear shed with similar wood. Proposed windows are 6 over 6 wood and glass. The applicant proposes to use tin shingles that have been saved from another structure on the property. The new shed will have the same footprint but shift 3 feet in to the property to comply with the zoning code.

Request:  Renovation of an existing accessory structure to enclose the front with a glass façade. New work will replace an existing rear doorway with a window. Applicant also proposes to amend the front, angled roof to create a consistent plane with the rear portion of the roof.
