Request:  The applicant is seeking to renovate a single family home and add an addition to the rear. The work includes swapping out windows, doors and roofing materials. They also propose to remove a bay window in order to restore a full porch across the front of the house. The vinyl siding is to be removed to expose wood lap siding. The driveway is also proposed to be paved with concrete.
