1. 242 HALL STREET – REAR ADDITION


Request:  Add a 623 square foot addition to the house, replacing the vinyl siding with lap siding and enlarging the bedroom windows. The addition will connect via breezeway to a new 572 square foot garage which incorporates an additional 320 square foot space above.

Request:  The applicants are seeking to erect a 30” wrought iron fence in the front and side yards tying into an existing wood fence. They are asking to pave the driveway to the rear edge of the house. On the house they are proposing to add a dormer for a new window in the rear on the second floor and replace a closed up window with one that matches existing windows.
