How do I register to vote?
You must complete a voter registration application. An application may be obtained:

  • Online at the Secretary of State's website

  • From the Secretary of State’s Elections Division at 404-656-2871 or the Secretary of State’s toll-free Voter Information Hotline at 888-265-1115

  • From the Athens-Clarke County Board of Elections office at 155 East Washington Street - 706-613-3150

  • At the Athens Regional Library

  • At the Clarke County Tag Office

Voters can also register to vote as they obtain or renew their Georgia driver's license.
